The Golden Compass Alliance is a member-led community dedicated to uniting leaders from Preferred Hotels & Resorts member properties around the world. This newly established community will come together to

share best practices and collectively lift communities within our global network. The initiative represents an ambitious and inspiring journey towards becoming the world's largest and most philanthropic group of hotels.

Chris Flatt currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Hotel Sales and Marketing at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. In her role, she is responsible for all hotel sales and marketing efforts including meetings, conventions, leisure, hotel marketing, special events and weddings.
